EXECUTIVE - CHE & PMG

  1. Prepare, review, and submit competitive techno-commercial offers and proposals for CHE & PMG projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study PR/RFQ documents, technical specifications, BOQs, and client requirements to develop a clear understanding of project scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) to gather necessary inputs for offer preparation.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive techno-commercial proposals.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions to clarify project requirements and propose solutions.
  • Support contract finalization and send details to the execution team upon receipt of purchase order.
  1. Project planning and oversee execution, and delivery of key projects. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Manage changes to the project scope & schedule.
  • Report and escalate issues and risks to management, as needed.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for future improvement.
