Forklift Operator

A Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize goods in warehouses, factories, or construction sites.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to transport materials within the facility

Load and unload trucks, containers, or storage areas

Stack and organize goods in designated storage locations

Inspect forklifts before use (safety checks, fuel, battery, etc.)

Maintain accurate inventory records and report damages

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties when required

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid forklift operator certification/license

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Basic math skills (for counting and inventory)
