Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Dodda Ballapur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining applicant records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and managing the full-cycle hiring process.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and networking skills to identify and assess potential candidates.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
• Relevant experience in hiring for technical roles or in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
