Line Leader

The Line Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating production line activities to ensure smooth operations, quality output, and achievement of daily production targets. This role acts as a link between operators and supervisors, ensuring safety, efficiency, and discipline on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production line operators during shifts
• Ensure daily production targets are met as per plan
• Monitor work processes to maintain quality standards
• Assign tasks and manage manpower effectively on the line
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and company policies
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or delays
• Support training of new operators and skill development
• Maintain production records, attendance, and line reports.
