Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Production Manager at our facility in Dodda Ballapur. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, plan and execute production schedules, monitor quality control processes, and ensure the efficient utilization of resources. The role also involves managing and mentoring teams, troubleshooting production challenges, and working to achieve operational goals aligned with the company’s standards for safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and meet organizational objectives is key.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and management
• Strong knowledge of quality control, process optimization, and efficiency improvement
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in handling production equipment and modern manufacturing technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with industry standards and certifications related to PV manufacturing is a plus
