Purchase Executive

As an engineer / executive in Supplies Module main role would be an Interface between LTCEL CMM and Suppliers,

Primary Roles,

Forecasting and scheduling the components as per MRP, controlling inventories,liasoning with stores and production shops for positioning of material well within the time frame, ensure quality and delivery of the incoming items, cost optimization.

Identifying supply bottlenecks and taking appropriate alternate sourcing. /additional sourcing etc., 

Improve and simplify supply chain.

Secondary Roles,

Co-ordinate with Cross Functional departments like PROCESS, QUALITY, PRODUCITON, STORES, AND FINANCE for smooth functioning of department. 

Department   Details,

To ensure that bought out material are positioned one week in advance required for production plan. enquiry handling, control the inventories of the items at LTCEL. Ensure Legal and statutory requirements are compiled at vendor place, conduct periodical supplier audits.
