Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Dodda Ballapur. The individual will oversee and manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing talent acquisition, employee training, and development programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also demands collaboration with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage, guide, and develop a team effectively
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance standards, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in talent acquisition, training, and employee development programs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR management systems and tools, with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or similar role; experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors is an advantage
