Job Role: End-to-End Warehouse Operations & Manpower Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete warehouse operations from inbound to outbound
• Manage manpower planning, deployment, and productivity
• Supervise daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and company policies
• Maintain stock control, inventory accuracy, and reporting (MIS)
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor attendance, shifts, and workforce discipline
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce errors

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of compliance and workforce management
• Good reporting, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle end-to-end warehouse operations independently
