Job Description:
We are a panel manufacturing company looking for a proactive Assistant Production Manager to support our production team in planning, coordination, and execution of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Production Manager in daily production planning
Coordinate with floor team, store, purchase, and design
Track job progress and update status
Ensure timely availability of materials
Maintain production reports and documentation
Follow up for pending work and deadlines
Support in improving productivity and workflow
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
1–3 years experience in panel / electrical industry (preferred)
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of electrical panels
Good knowledge of Excel
