Job Description
Key Responsibilities of ASM - Swiggy Instamart
- Operations & Logistics: Managing end-to-end dark store operations, including shift management and order processing.
- Inventory Control: Overseeing stock movement, inwards, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and conducting daily cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and damages.
- Team Management: Leading pickers and packers, ensuring staff attendance, productivity (UPH/LPH), and adherence to safety SOPs.
- Performance Metrics: Maintaining high order fill rates and ensuring SLA adherence for dispatch speed.
- Problem-Solving: Handling operational escalations related to inventory accuracy or staff issues.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in dark store, e-commerce, or warehouse operations.
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Skills: Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System), handheld devices, and strong team management abilities.
- Availability: Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts (e.g., 11 PM – 8 AM).
