Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

·        Handle customer inquiries and respond to steel order requests

·        Prepare quotations and follow up on orders

·        Coordinate dispatch schedules with production and logistics teams

·        Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications

·        Update and manage records using MSExcel, Tally, and ERP

·        Assist in order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

·        Minimum 6 months of experience in back office

·        Proficient in MS Excel and Tally

·        Good communication and coordination skills
