Barista

We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to oversee daily café operations. This role combines coffee expertise with team management, customer service, and overall café performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Manage and train barista and café staff
• Oversee daily café operations and staff scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Barista or Café Manager
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to manage operations and work under pressure
