Job Description
- Create and update menus focusing on nutritious, balanced meals (e.g., plant-based, gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein options).
- Innovate seasonal and special dishes that align with the café’s health-focused brand.
- Ensure all recipes meet dietary and nutritional guidelines.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, and efficient work environment.
