Job RoleWe are looking for Customer Service Associates to handle voice and email support for Axis Bank customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high level of customer service.

• Shift DetailsMale Employees: 24×7 rotational shifts
• Female Employees: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window
• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Off (No fixed weekly off)
