E-Commerce Manager

We need an E-commerce Manager who can manage end-to-end operations across multiple platforms and scale our online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Shopify, and other e-commerce dashboards.
• End-to-end handling of Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment, and Shopify.
• Product listing creation, optimization, pricing, and catalog management.
• Inventory management and daily order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouses, couriers, and vendors.
• Start and manage on quick-commerce platforms (Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto).
• Monitor performance, ads, sales reports, and conversion metrics.
• Develop strategies to increase sales across all marketplaces.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify backend.
• Experience with listing optimization, SEO, and e-commerce analytics.
• Ability to manage returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Understanding of product ranking, ads, and marketplace algorithms.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in multi-platform e-commerce management.
