Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Female Telesales Executives to join our team in Dombivli East, Mumbai. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our financial services, and driving sales through phone calls. The ideal candidate should have a good command of communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone to promote financial services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate information on financial products and services.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain customer database and update details regularly.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in telesales is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
• Female candidates preferred.
