HR Recruiter
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and candidate records.
- Support employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
