Job Description
Key Responsibilities📍 Sales & Lead Management (Primary)
- Call and follow up with warm leads generated through marketing and outreach
- Understand client needs and recommend the right service/package
- Conduct or support consultation and demo calls
- Handle WhatsApp and email follow-ups professionally
- Close deals with guidance during the initial phase
- Maintain basic lead tracking and follow-up records
📍 Client & Operations Support (Secondary)
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Support AI avatar content operations (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Understand content strategy, delivery timelines, and workflows
- Address basic client queries related to services and execution
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover post-sale
What We’re Looking For✔️ Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language)
- Basic understanding of social media or online marketing
- Comfortable with calls, Zoom meetings, and WhatsApp communication
- Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
- Willingness to learn AI tools, branding concepts, and digital marketing
- Organized follow-up mindset

- Exposure to digital marketing, agencies, SaaS, or consulting services
- Interest in AI, content creation, or personal branding
- Experience dealing with professionals or founders
