Job Description

Key Responsibilities📍 Sales & Lead Management (Primary)

  • Call and follow up with warm leads generated through marketing and outreach
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right service/package
  • Conduct or support consultation and demo calls
  • Handle WhatsApp and email follow-ups professionally
  • Close deals with guidance during the initial phase
  • Maintain basic lead tracking and follow-up records

📍 Client & Operations Support (Secondary)

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams
  • Support AI avatar content operations (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Understand content strategy, delivery timelines, and workflows
  • Address basic client queries related to services and execution
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover post-sale

What We’re Looking For✔️ Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language)
  • Basic understanding of social media or online marketing
  • Comfortable with calls, Zoom meetings, and WhatsApp communication
  • Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
  • Willingness to learn AI tools, branding concepts, and digital marketing
  • Organized follow-up mindset
