IT Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on hardware knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and in field environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage and support Office 365 environment
• Handle network troubleshooting and basic network device configuration
• Configure and maintain Surveillance Systems (DVR/NVR) and IP cameras
• Perform desktop assembling/disassembling and upgrades
• Assist in managing Tally Server and NAS Server (if applicable)
• Support Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems
• Maintain IT documentation and update asset records
• Provide on-site (field) support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Office 365
• Good understanding of Windows & Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches)
• Experience with DVR/NVR systems and IP camera configuration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Experience with Tally Server / NAS Server
• Certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA) will be an advantage

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work in the field
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler vehicle will be preferred
