Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lab-scale synthesis of APIs and intermediates under supervision.
• Perform process optimization, reaction monitoring, and yield improvement experiments.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer to pilot plant/production.
• Maintain proper documentation: lab notebooks, experiment reports, and process records.
• Perform basic analytical tests
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and EHS standards.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and production teams.
