Loan Executive

🎯 Job Description:

• Finovo Infotech is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers for handling Personal Loan inquiries. This is a NO Cold Calling role – you will be working on pre-generated and verified data (BT & fresh leads).
• Your role is to connect with interested customers, understand their loan requirements, and guide them through the application process.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Call customers who have already shown interest in loans
• 📊 Understand customer requirements (salary, loan amount, eligibility)
• 🏦 Explain personal loan products from banks/NBFCs
• 📝 Collect required documents & follow up with clients
• 🎯 Maintain daily calling targets and conversions
• 🤝 Build good customer relationships

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi)
• Basic knowledge of loans/finance (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in telecalling / sales is a plus
• Sunday Fixed Off
• Working:- 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm
