Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor- High end residential.

Take joint measurements checking of BBS, Concrete and shuttering qty with client.

 Verify sub-contractor work against site execution and drawings.

 Maintain measurement books and records.  Prepare quantities from GFC drawings.

 Track material consumption vs theoretical quantities.

 Support project team in cost control and wastage monitoring.

 Material Reconciliation:- (Concrete, steel, grouting material etc)

 Client vs Contractor bill reconciliation.

 Maintain proper records of bills, agreements, and correspondences.

 Ensure bills include supporting documents (measurement sheets, test reports, photographs, checklist etc.

 Preparing final bill and closure documents at project completion.
