Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials such as steel, alloys, and consumables.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store and production departments.

• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards.

• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

• Maintain purchase records and generate reports for management review.

• Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment release.
