Job Description
Position: Sales Executive / Sales Associate
Location: Titan Showroom Dombivali East
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in selecting watches and accessories
- Provide detailed product knowledge (features, pricing, offers)
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
- Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory, stock checks, and replenishment support
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic after-sales support
- Follow company policies, visual merchandising, and SOPs
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum education: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
- Customer-focused attitude and sales mindset
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Additional DetailsWeekly off as per showroom schedule
- Incentives as per sales performance
- Training provided by the company
