Designation: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

• Key Responsibilities:Work on company-provided data to make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate leads through tele-calling and follow-up activities
• Promote and sell insurance-related services/products as assigned by the company
• Identify interested prospects and convert them into customers
• Explain insurance plans, services, and benefits clearly to clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions
• Schedule meetings or share proposals with interested clients when required
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and policy processing
• Achieve assigned sales and calling targets
• Maintain professional communication and follow company sales guidelines
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Experience in tele-calling, sales, or insurance sales (preferred)
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge (preferred)
• Performance & Incentives:Performance-based incentives applicable on lead conversion and insurance sales
• Incentives structure will be as per company policy and targets achieved
• Reporting To:Vice President / Management
