Job descriptionWe are looking for a young, energetic, and results-oriented Female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for a prestigious construction project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and driven individual with a passion for selling flats, shops, and office spaces. You will play a key role in driving sales and creating strong marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Actively engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales. Sell flats, shops, and office spaces to individuals and businesses.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels (online/offline marketing, referrals, etc.), and follow up with leads to close deals.
• Market Research & Analysis: Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to devise effective marketing strategies.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
• Marketing Activities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline), including social media promotion, advertisements, and flyers.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales progress, marketing activities, and customer feedback to management.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferably).

• Experience: Atleast 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken) is a must for effective communication with a diverse range of clients.
• Personality: Attractive, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (social media, CRM systems, etc.).
• Good understanding of the real estate market and customer preferences.
