Security Guard

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and material; maintain proper security logs.
• Monitor CCTV, conduct regular patrols, and ensure overall plant safety.
• Coordinate with authorities (MPCB, police, hospital) and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain discipline, follow safety protocol, and report any suspicious activity or hazards.
• Physically fit candidate with prior industrial security experience preferred; rotational shift duty.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial security or plant security preferred.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to stand/walk for long hours.
• Basic reading/writing skills for logbook maintenance.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
• Ex-servicemen candidates will be preferred (optional).
