Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager – Watch ShowroomWorking Hours:10:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Job Summary:The Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the watch showroom, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, maintaining stock, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on increasing sales and maintaining brand standards in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations

• Manage daily showroom operations smoothly.
• Ensure proper display of watches and maintain showroom standards.
• Open and close the showroom on time.

2. Sales & Targets

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Guide the sales team to increase watch sales and accessories.
• Promote new collections and offers to customers.

3. Staff Management

• Supervise showroom staff and assign duties.
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance.

4. Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
• Handle customer complaints and service issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

5. Inventory Management

• Maintain proper stock of watches and accessories.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory records.
• Coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment.

6. Reporting

• Maintain daily sales reports and billing records.
• Report sales performance and stock status to management.
• Requirements:Experience in retail or watch showroom preferred.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of watch brands, models, and features.
• Ability to manage a team and handle customers professionally.
