Video Content Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Reels Shooter / Video Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media — primarily Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a sharp aesthetic eye, a natural sense for storytelling, and a solid grasp of current content trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and shoot high-quality Reels using a smartphone (lighting, framing, and composition must be handled independently).

Edit Reels using mobile or desktop tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).

Maintain brand consistency in tone, color, and storytelling.

Create visually engaging videos optimized for Instagram — strong hooks, transitions, trending sounds, etc.

Stay updated with current social media trends and algorithm-driven practices.

Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content scheduling and campaign needs.

Manage timely delivery of videos with attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media content creation or short-form editing.

Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging video content (portfolio or Instagram handle required).

Good understanding of lighting, framing, and color correction.

Sound knowledge of Instagram, Reels analytics, and trending content types.

Strong sense of aesthetics, rhythm, and storytelling.

Must be comfortable working on-site (Dombivli).

Having own laptop with editing software is a huge plus.

Ability to handle tight timelines and multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience with F&B, lifestyle, or retail brands.

Basic understanding of product and food styling.
