Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in Filmora and be able to edit engaging, high-quality content, particularly interview reels, for our YouTube channel.

• Key Responsibilities:Video Editing: Use Filmora to edit and create compelling videos from raw footage, with a focus on interview reels.
• Content Enhancement: Add transitions, effects, music, text, and other elements to enhance the video's overall appeal and flow.
• Audio Editing: Ensure the audio is clear, balanced, and well-synced with the video.
• Thumbnail Creation: Create engaging and eye-catching thumbnails that boost video clicks.
• Video Upload: Upload the edited videos to the YouTube channel with proper metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists).
• Consistency: Edit and deliver videos on time, maintaining a consistent quality across all uploads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content creator to understand the vision and direction for each video.
• Requirements:Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio, especially using Filmora.
• Ability to edit interview reels in a dynamic and engaging way.
• Solid understanding of YouTube video formats and best practices for uploading (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for the aesthetic.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
• Previous experience in YouTube content creation or video production is a plus.
• Desired Skills:Proficiency in Filmora or similar video editing software.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, and metadata).
• Experience with color grading and sound design.
• Ability to add engaging call-to-actions and subtitles where needed.
• Knowledge of current YouTube trends and best practices.
