As we expand our online presence across major e-commerce platforms, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Executive will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse — ensuring smooth inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and accurate coordination with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and others.

You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, ensuring packaging quality aligns with Keiiarra’s brand standards, and optimizing order dispatch efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor, record, and maintain stock levels across all SKUs.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for inventory forecasting.
• E-commerce Order Handling:
• Process and dispatch orders received from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
• Generate labels, invoices, and shipment documentation as per platform guidelines.
• Manage returns and replacements in coordination with marketplace support.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of warehouse premises.
• Ensure packaging meets Keiiarra’s premium presentation standards.
• Track inward/outward stock and maintain digital and manual records.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with courier partners.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Resolve shipping or delivery issues promptly.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily dispatch and stock reports.
• Update management on order trends, stock movement, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Strong understanding of order management systems, shipping dashboards, and warehouse tools.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience in beauty, fragrance, or FMCG category.
