Mechanical Design Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Machine Designer to design industrial machinery including power press machines, hydraulic machines, recycling machines, drum cutting & sheet making machines, and sheet metal equipment. The candidate should be capable of creating accurate drawings, understanding manufacturing processes, and supporting production.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign industrial machines and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Prepare GA drawings, part drawings, and assembly drawings
• Develop BOM (Bill of Materials) for each project
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and machining teams
• Modify designs as per customer requirements and feedback
• Ensure designs are manufacturing-friendly and cost-effective
• Support trial, testing, and troubleshooting of machines
• Maintain proper design documentation and version control
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in machine design (industrial machinery preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks / AutoCAD
• Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and sheet metal fabrication
• Knowledge of gearbox, bearings, shafts, rollers, and power transmission
• Ability to read and create fabrication drawings
• Preferred Experience (Advantage)Experience in power press, hydraulic press, shearing machines, recycling machines, or automation equipment
• Exposure to manufacturing environment / shop floor coordination
• Basic knowledge of electrical layouts and controls

Salary₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (as per experience & skill)

Working Hours9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
