Educational Counsellor

1. Student Counseling & Guidance

• Provide one-to-one counseling sessions for academic, personal, and emotional issues.
• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, subjects, and career paths.
• Help students cope with stress, peer pressure, and exam anxiety.
• Conduct regular mentoring sessions to monitor student progress.

2. Academic Support

• Guide students on study skills, time management, and goal setting.
• Identify academically weak students and create improvement plans.
• Coordinate with faculty to support students facing academic challenges.

3. Career Counseling

• Provide guidance on higher education options, entrance exams, and career opportunities.
• Conduct career workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
• Assist students in preparing resumes, interview skills, and career planning.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with parents about student progress when required.
• Collaborate with teachers, department heads, and management for student welfare.
• Maintain confidential counseling records and reports.

5. Events & Workshops

• Organize counseling sessions, awareness programs, and motivational talks.
• Conduct orientation programs for new students.
• Arrange training programs on life skills and personality development.
• 5-6 yeras experinces in college or university
