Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with client branding and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality graphics across multiple digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

• Develop creative graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, websites, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet expectations.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Trend Research:

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creativity and quality.

File Management:

• Organize and maintain design files with proper version control and structured documentation.

Time Management:

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design (preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Familiarity with web design principles and basic UX/UI concepts is a plus.
