Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Civil ConstructionLocation: Durg, Chhattisgarh

Company Overview:We are a reputed civil construction company engaged in executing government infrastructure projects across Chhattisgarh. With a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery, we are looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to manage our accounting and financial operations from our head office in Durg.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills in line with project requirements and government contract norms.
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor payments, advances, and reconciliations.
• Support project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and government departments as required.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of MIS reports.
• Assist management in cash flow planning and financial decision-making.
