Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations, sales performance, client satisfaction, and staff management of the Velnesi center. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth daily operations of slimming, skin, and wellness treatments. 

• 1. Branch Operations ManagementManage day-to-day operations of the center (slimming, skin, laser, and wellness services).
• Ensure all treatments follow Velnesi SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment maintenance, and clinic safety.
• Monitor appointment scheduling and treatment flow.

• 2. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Promote slimming packages, skin treatments, and membership programs.
• Monitor conversion rate from consultation to package sale.
• Increase client retention and repeat visits.

• 3. Team ManagementManage and supervise:
• Slimming therapists
• Skin therapists
• Dieticians
• Front desk executives
• Conduct daily team meetings and training.
• Monitor staff performance and KPI targets.
• Maintain a positive and motivated team environment.

• 4. Client Consultation & Service QualityEnsure excellent customer experience.
• Handle client complaints and escalations.
• Guide team on proper consultation and treatment plans.
• Ensure clients receive visible results and satisfaction.

• 5. Marketing & Lead GenerationCoordinate with marketing team for:
• Facebook / Instagram campaigns
• Google reviews
• Referral programs
• Local promotions
• Track lead conversion and marketing ROI.
• Organize events, offers, and campaigns to attract new clients.

• 6. Inventory & Product ManagementMonitor stock of:
• Slimming products
• Skin care products
• Nutraceuticals
• Maintain product inventory and reorder supplies.
• Track product sales and usage.

• 7. Financial & ReportingMaintain daily reports:
• Sales report
• Treatment report
• Client conversion report
• Monitor branch expenses and profitability.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to head office.
