💼 Job RoleWe are hiring HR Recruiters who can handle bulk recruitment of telecallers and other candidates as per company requirements. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and coordination.

💰 Salary₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesBulk hiring for Telecallers, BPO agents, and other roles
• Sourcing candidates from job portals, social media & references
• Screening & shortlisting candidates
• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interview schedules
• Maintaining candidate database & follow-ups
• Joining & onboarding coordination
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Basic knowledge of recruitment
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English)
• Ability to work on targets
• Experience in BPO hiring is a plus
• Freshers with strong communication can also apply
