Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager – Sales to drive business growth through DSA and channel partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding partner relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business generation and disbursement through DSA and channel partners
• Identify, onboard, and activate new partners to expand the network
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners for consistent business flow
• Conduct regular partner visits, meetings, and follow-ups to enhance partner productivity
• Maintain a strong business pipeline and ensure timely submission of sourced cases
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent individual performance
• Ensure discipline in daily activities, reporting, and adherence to company processes and policies
• Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to improve output

• Business generation and disbursement volume
• Partner acquisition and onboarding
• Partner productivity and engagement
• Individual sales performance and target achievement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or partnership/channel sales
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good networking and negotiation skills
