Job Description
*Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payments accuratelyIssue tickets, receipts, and invoices to customers
*Maintain daily cash balance and submit reports at shift end
*Ensure proper cash handling and safety proceduresUpdate sales records and transaction logs
*Coordinate with operations and accounts departmentsHandle customer queries related to billing and payments politely
