Job Description
We’re seeking results-driven inside sales executives to join our team at Nexora Academy as on-site full-time.
Nexora Academy is an ed-tech company with 13 years of industry experience. Nexora has seven branches in Kerala and one branch in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We offer courses such as Human Resource Management (HRM), Hospital Administration, Shipping and Logistics, and Electric Vehicles (EV), taught by industry-experienced faculty members.
You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.

Objectives of the role
- Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Following up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
- Handling objections and negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet customer needs and company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
- Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline.
- Meet assigned monthly, weekly, and daily enrollment targets.
- Achieve minimum walk-in generation targets as assigned.
- Ensure conversion ratio benchmarks are maintained.
- Target achievement is non-negotiable and performance-driven
- Generate a minimum number of qualified walk-ins to the nearest branch.
- Address objections confidently and effectively.
- Ensure maximum lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- Actively pitch programs with confidence and urgency.
