Neuflo Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Academic Counselor to join our Premium Division. In this role, you will guide students and parents through high-value college admissions, offering expert advice and strategic educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to students and parents regarding premium educational opportunities and career pathways.

Lead Conversion: Actively manage the sales pipeline and convert leads to consistently meet monthly performance targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to facilitate future opportunities.

Performance Optimization: Participate in weekly reviews to track targets and refine conversion strategies.
