Accounting Intern

Job Title: Accountant – Intern (2Nos.)

Location: Ernakulam, Elamkulam

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Duration: 3-6 Months (extendable based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records 

• Enter data into accounting software and maintain accurate records 

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes 

• Assist in invoice preparation and expense tracking 

• Help reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies 

• Organize and file financial documents 

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities 

• Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce 

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles 

• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

• Good organizational and communication skills 

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment 

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of Tally

• Basic understanding of GST regulations 

• Data entry and record-keeping skills 

Salary:

•  ₹6,000 per month during the 6-month probation period.
• Salary increment based on performance after successful completion of probation.
