Accounts Manager

· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

· Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end and year-end closing. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and internal policies.

· Accounts Receivable & Payable Management: Oversee accounts payable, ensuring accurate processing and timely vendor payments. Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and cash flow.

· Revenue Management: Improve revenue tracking and forecasting processes.

· Vendor Management & Negotiations: Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

· Communication & Liaisoning: Communicate financial information clearly and confidently in English to management and stakeholders.
