Admin & Infrastructure Development Manager| Ernakulam
To manage the admin & facilities.
- Manage administrative tasks and provide facility support for the Turbhe office, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of premises.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, oversee daily upkeep, and coordinate timely repairs for infrastructure, equipment and utilities.
- Liaise with vendors for technical issue resolution and onboard/manage facility-related service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and SLAs.
- Ensure availability of office stationery and consumables, maintain inventory, and manage courier/postal services.
- Handle seating arrangements and liaise with local authorities for compliance.
- Verify and process facility bills and payments, and ensure readiness of training rooms, including bookings and support during sessions.
Qualification Needed: Graduation
