Admin & Infrastructure Development Manager| Ernakulam

To manage the admin & facilities.

  1. Manage administrative tasks and provide facility support for the Turbhe office, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of premises. 
  2. Supervise housekeeping staff, oversee daily upkeep, and coordinate timely repairs for infrastructure, equipment and utilities. 
  3. Liaise with vendors for technical issue resolution and onboard/manage facility-related service providers. 
  4. Monitor vendor performance and SLAs. 
  5. Ensure availability of office stationery and consumables, maintain inventory, and manage courier/postal services. 
  6. Handle seating arrangements and liaise with local authorities for compliance. 
  7. Verify and process facility bills and payments, and ensure readiness of training rooms, including bookings and support during sessions.

Qualification Needed: Graduation
