Activate and support branches/units in channel development and business acquisition.

Drive business through channels to achieve both number and value targets.

Support agents in identifying prospects, converting leads, and closing deals effectively.

Explain product features, terms, and benefits to channels for customer pitching.

Ensure complete adherence to end-to-end processes including sourcing, documentation, verification, and booking.

Manage relationships with channels, corporates, resident associations, and key partners for group business opportunities.

Train channels on product knowledge, digital tools, and sales techniques.

Provide ongoing marketing materials and field support to enhance productivity.

Track business performance of each channel and ensure income/commission targets are met.

Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
