Job Profile of a Tele Sales Head

1. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise tele sales representatives, set clear goals, and ensure targets are met.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer engagement.
• Customer prospecting by sending the samples/technical information's/etc and convince the product Quality.
• Convert the hot prospects using marketing tools & Strategy.
• Performance Monitoring: Track call time, call quality, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Training & Coaching: Mentor team members, conduct training sessions, and improve sales techniques.
• Customer Handling: Resolve escalated issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Required Skills

• Communication: Strong verbal and persuasive communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team effectively.
