Automotive Technician

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair our lineup of Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles. You will be responsible for ensuring that every bike—from the classic Jawa 350 to the rugged Yezdi Adventure—performs at its peak, providing our riders with a safe and authentic motorcycling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine servicing, oil changes, brake adjustments, and chain tensioning according to brand standards.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize digital diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot Fuel Injection (FI) systems, ABS modules, and electrical faults.
• Engine & Transmission: Execute top-end and bottom-end engine overhauls, clutch replacements, and gearbox repairs as required.
• PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection): Conduct thorough checks on new motorcycles to ensure they meet factory specifications before being handed over to customers.
• Quality Control: Road-test motorcycles to verify repair quality and ensure all safety parameters are met.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent via Job Cards or digital dealership management systems.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in high-performance or premium motorcycle servicing (Experience with liquid-cooled engines is highly preferred).
• Education: ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on certification.
• License: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
