JOB PROFILE : 

* Ayurveda Consultation

* Book appointments and answer telephone calls.

* Complete responsibility for the top line & bottom line (revenue and profits) of the centre 

* Ensure high-level guest satisfaction 

*Motivate and lead a team of therapists, technicians, and front office staff  

* Handle customer grievances 

*Conduct Quality audits * Responsible for payments received from guests, petty cash, and report submission. 

* Reporting to the management.
