About Us: Ebeelabz is a growing technology company specializing in Vehicle Tracking Solutions (GPS) and Fastag services. We provide high-tech solutions for fleet management and automobile compliance.

Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a smart and organized candidate to handle our daily back-office operations.

1. Activation & Technical Processing:

• Handle end-to-end activation of Fastag and GPS devices on the software portal.
• Generate GPS Certificates accurately for customers and RTO purposes.
• Ensure all customer data is entered correctly in the system without errors.

2. Customer Support & Retention:

• Monitor customer subscription expiry dates.
• Call existing customers to inform them about GPS/Fastag recharges and collect payments.
• Handle incoming customer queries regarding device status or activation issues.

3. Logistics & Admin:

• Manage the packing and dispatch of devices via Courier.
• Track courier shipments and ensure they reach the customer on time.
• Maintain a daily report of activations and stock.

Requirements:

• Skills: Basic Computer knowledge is mandatory (Excel, Email, Web Portals).
• Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam. Basic English knowledge is required for software usage.
• Traits: Detail-oriented (no mistakes in certificates), polite on the phone, and eager to learn.
