BARISTA JOB DESCRIPTION 

Our cafe barista showcases our signature curated experiences. Our Barista will be  responsible for preparing and serving a variety of our signature blends in coffee and other beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.  

STANDARD JOB DESCRIPTION OF OUR BARISTA:

OUR BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet customers as they enter and provide a welcoming, extremely friendly environment.
2. Explain menu items, answer questions, take orders, and accept payments (cash, card,UPI mobile).
3. Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as our signature coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, chocolate and specialty beverages.
4. Follow prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for all drinks and food items.
5. Prepare and serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, or baked goods as

Package food and beverages for take-away or delivery.

1. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, seating, and service areas.
2. Restock supplies and take inventory of items in display cases and behind the counter.
3. Explain and upsell products, suggest brewing methods, and educate customers about menu items.
4. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations.
5. Work as part of a high-energy, efficient team, supporting colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Take good care of the machinery and equipment.
7. Cross training will be provided for career growth. candidates must co-operate.

TO BE OUR BARISTA ,

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Basic, High school ,+2 diploma or higher .
2. Prior experience in food and beverage or customer service is preferred but not always required.
3. Training or willingness to learn about coffee, and food preparation is desirable.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and polite attitude.
5. Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, night, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
7. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
